Third Turn LLC ("Third Turn", "we", "us") runs thirdturnllc.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, use the contact form, or talk with Turner, our website AI assistant, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, company and message. It's emailed to us and also saved on our own web server so we can follow up. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam.

When you talk with Turner, by voice or text, the conversation is processed so Turner can answer you. If you choose to share contact details with Turner, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization or the best time to reach you, those details are collected too.

Like most websites, the site also uses Google Analytics to see how it is used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information, such as the pages you view, to Google. We don't set a login or session cookie for visitors. We don't use the site to sell or rent information about you.

How Turner works

Turner is an AI assistant, not a person. Turner runs on ElevenLabs, a voice and conversation platform, which uses AI models, including models from Anthropic, to understand your questions and write Turner's replies. Your conversation is processed by those services to produce Turner's answers.

ElevenLabs records your conversation with Turner, including the audio when you use voice, and keeps it for up to 30 days, then deletes it. We keep a text transcript of each conversation on our own web server so Tom can review how Turner is doing and follow up when you ask him to. We don't keep audio recordings ourselves.

Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers or health information, with Turner.

How we use what we collect

We use what you share to answer your questions, to follow up when you ask us to, and to improve Turner and the site. When you leave contact details with Turner, they're emailed to Tom along with the conversation so he has the context when he reaches out. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above who help us run the site and Turner.

Your choices

You don't have to share contact details to use the site or talk with Turner. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including Turner transcripts, by emailing tom@thirdturnllc.com.

Children

The site and Turner are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
