I'm putting my own experience to work on new businesses, too.
Third Turn isn't only about helping other owners. It's also where I develop ventures of my own and consider opportunities to build with others.
That can mean starting, owning, managing, or participating in a business. The role depends on the opportunity, the people involved, and where I can contribute useful experience and practical work.
Ventures is distinct from paid advisory sessions and marketing support. A client engagement doesn't imply investment or a partnership. Those decisions need their own conversations and careful homework.

A community for the next chapter
One is a residential community concept for people who want a smaller home, less upkeep and more neighbors, without leaving the part of Wisconsin where their life already is. It's in pre-development.
