BAQ Body Sculpting

Before the Turn

Bronwyn Phillips spent more than twenty years in education. She knew how to listen, explain things clearly, and connect with people.

She also had an interest in beauty and wellness. She explored microblading, then discovered non-invasive body sculpting through her own experience as a client.

That personal interest became a business idea: helping other people work toward their goals with individual attention and personalized treatments.

Her Next Chapter

Bronwyn created BAQ Body Sculpting, bringing the care and personal attention she'd developed as a teacher into a business of her own.

She did plenty of the work herself. She built a single-page Wix website, developed marketing materials, and worked to introduce BAQ to customers in a competitive market.

By the time we met, she was already a capable do-it-yourself marketer. She had initiative and knew her business. What I could add was experience with the website and technology behind it.

How I Helped

I built BAQ a 31-page website on Concrete CMS, expanding on the one-page Wix site Bronwyn had created herself. The new site gave her room to explain the business and its services, with a structure designed for visibility in search engines and AI-driven search.

We also added an AI-powered website agent to answer visitors' questions about BAQ and its services at any hour.

Bronwyn remains the person driving the business and its marketing. My contribution is a more capable website and technology support that builds on the work she was already doing.

She didn't need someone to take over. She needed help with the parts that would let her do more.
